FAQ

Where can I find you? Our flagship location is located at 7607 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036. We are open every day from 11 AM to 6 PM.

When will my order ship? Please allow 48 hours for order processing. Please note carrier shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping estimates are based on business days. Orders placed after 5 PM Friday will ship the following Monday.

Do you do holds? In an effort to create an equitable and fair shopping experience for everyone we are unable to do holds in person or online. We appreciate your understanding!

Can you help me find vintage denim? We are more than happy to help you in person with your denim search! If you are in Los Angeles, please come visit us in store. Online we do our best to provide a range of vintage Levi's for our customers, but we are unable to take personal requests at this time. In general with vintage Levi's we recommend you size up at least 3 sizes from your modern denim size.

What is your return policy on vintage? All vintage, including but not limited to vintage denim and tees, is final sale. Please note that most of these items are between 30 - 50 years old and subject to different levels of wear. Vintage items that are very worn and thin should be handled and worn with care. RLT cannot claim responsibility for damage that occurs after purchase.

The vintage piece I love is sold out - will you have another? We understand how disappointing this can be! Due to the unique nature of our vintage products, they are all one of a kind. We hope there is something else you find and love!

When will an RLT piece be restocked? The RLT collection is manufactured in limited runs - if you have specific questions regarding a restock please contact us directly at info@shoprlt.com.

When do in-store restocks happen? All the time! To best stay up to date we recommend you follow our IG @shop_rlt or just come on by!

Shipping

Orders are generally fulfilled within 48 hours of placement, however fulfillment time is not guaranteed.

Delivery times are estimated by carrier based on drop off at chosen shipper. Estimated days shown are in shown in business days. Please note, due to the hours of carrier operations, orders placed on the weekends generally will not ship until Monday.

International shipping rules please read

FOR EU Customers only. International returns are allowed within same parameters but with the following limitations. All international shipping and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. ALL International taxes and duties are fully non-refundable as they are in possession of the country of recipient. Any returns shipped back will not include this taxes and duties charged at time of order.

ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF EU ARE FINAL SALE.

If your order is time sensitive we recommend choosing next day or overnight FedEx or UPS shipping at checkout. This being said, we are unable to control variables within UPS, FedEx, or USPS. RLT cannot assume responsibility for carrier deliveries.

If you are traveling or staying at a hotel please make sure you leave ample time for package delivery. If you have already departed before its arrival you will not be refunded for the order.

In cases of theft or lost insurance claims can be made. Claims required written affidavit and are subject to validity of claim. Cases of fraud will be directed to proper channels for investigation. Claims for reimbursement can take up to 30 business days from when claim was submitted.

Returns and Refunds

Please email returns@shoprlt.com to initiate a return.

RLT accepts domestic returns on any unworn RLT collection items within 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging. After one week, all sales are final. Vintage items are sold as is and are final sale with no return - this includes in-store sales. We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size of a piece we suggest returning and reordering.

International shipping rules please read

All vintage purchases in store and online are final sale. Please note that most of these items are between 30 - 50 years old and subject to different levels of wear. Vintage items that are very worn and thin should be handled and worn with care. RLT cannot claim responsibility for damage that occurs after purchase.

Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving items. Items being returned and exchanged must be mailed out within 2 business days of initiated return.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. Items must be shipped to specific location provided. Smart mailbox deliveries are not allowed at this time.

Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, unwashed and without wear, stains, deodorant and/or makeup. If any is present we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund. Once return has been received and quality checked, customer will receive a refund to original payment minus shipping costs. Due to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns on RLT Collection earrings.

Once received, inspection and returns are processed typically within 5 business days. It can take a few additional business days for refunds to post to original payment method.
