RLT accepts domestic returns on any unworn RLT collection items within 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging. After one week, all sales are final. Vintage items are sold as is and are final sale with no return - this includes in-store sales. We are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you would like a different size of a piece we suggest returning and reordering.
International shipping rules please read
FOR EU Customers only. International returns are allowed within same parameters but with the following limitations. All international shipping and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. ALL International taxes and duties are fully non-refundable as they are in possession of the country of recipient. Any returns shipped back will not include this taxes and duties charged at time of order.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF EU ARE FINAL SALE.
All vintage purchases in store and online are final sale. Please note that most of these items are between 30 - 50 years old and subject to different levels of wear. Vintage items that are very worn and thin should be handled and worn with care. RLT cannot claim responsibility for damage that occurs after purchase.
Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving items. Items being returned and exchanged must be mailed out within 2 business days of initiated return.
Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. Items must be shipped to specific location provided. Smart mailbox deliveries are not allowed at this time.
Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, unwashed and without wear, stains, deodorant and/or makeup. If any is present we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund. Once return has been received and quality checked, customer will receive a refund to original payment minus shipping costs. Due to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns on RLT Collection earrings.
Once received, inspection and returns are processed typically within 5 business days. It can take a few additional business days for refunds to post to original payment method.
