FAQ

Where can I find you? Our flagship location is located at 7607 Beverly Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90036. We are open every day from 11 AM to 6 PM.

Do you do holds? In an effort to create an equitable and fair shopping experience for everyone we are unable to do holds in person or online. We appreciate your understanding!

Can you help me find vintage denim? We are more than happy to help you in person with your denim search! If you are in Los Angeles, please come visit us in store. Online we do our best to provide a range of vintage Levi's for our customers, but we are unable to take personal requests at this time. In general with vintage Levi's we recommend you size up at least 3 sizes from your modern denim size.

The vintage piece I love is sold out - will you have another? We understand how disappointing this can be! Due to the unique nature of our vintage products, they are all one of a kind. We hope there is something else you find and love!

When will an RLT piece be restocked? The RLT collection is manufactured in limited runs - if you have specific questions regarding a restock please contact us directly at shoprlt@icloud.com.

When do in-store restocks happen? All the time! To best stay up to date we recommend you follow our IG @shop_rlt or just come on by!

Returns and Refunds

RLT accepts exchanges and returns on any unworn RLT collection items within 7 days after delivery. Items must be returned in original packaging. After one week, all sales are final. Vintage items are sold as is and are final sale with no return. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Please be careful when trying on garments — any products with makeup, deodorant, pet dander or other wear will be subject to a restocking fee of $30. Any return with irreparable wear or damage will not be refunded. Once return has been received and quality checked, customer will receive a refund to original payment minus shipping costs. International orders are currently final sale unless damaged during shipping.

Due to hygienic standards, we are unable to accept returns on RLT Collection earrings.

*Online returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving items. Items being returned and exchanged must be mailed out within 4 days of initiated return.
